Job Description: As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of general construction, maintenance, and repair tasks to ensure the quality and longevity of our homes. You’ll work closely with homeowners, builders, and other team members to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions that meet our company’s standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of general construction and home repair tasks, including carpentry, drywall, general plumbing, general electrical work, roofing, and painting.
- Troubleshoot and repair structural, mechanical, and aesthetic issues within homes.
- Communicate with homeowners and contractors to assess problems and provide timely solutions.
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks on homes as needed.
- Accurately document all service work, repairs, and parts used.
- Work independently or as part of a team to ensure service issues are resolved efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Ensure all repairs and modifications comply with company quality standards and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in general construction, home repair, or a related field.
- Proficiency in a variety of skills such as carpentry, plumbing, and electrical.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
- Travel is frequent, but overnight trips are rare.

Construction Laborer

Job Description: As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for reading blueprints, measuring, installing, choosing the right products and tools, problem-solving, and following company policies and procedures to ensure the quality of each home. You must also maintain effective communication with co-workers and management. The quality of your work is essential at all times.
Experience and Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year as a Construction Laborer, Roofer, or Framer.
- Highly motivated, self-starter who takes pride in their work.
- Loves working on a team, but can work independently when needed.
- Knowledge of proper building practices and codes.
